I purchased and all I keep getting is "download interrupted". This will be the second game I have purchased through BigFish that does not work. ANd this computer is new.
Anyone else having the same problem?

This question is to BFG i want to know why is it that the game and the Strategy guide can't be open at the same time? Ii is very frustrating to close out one to open the other. Is there a way that both of them can be open at the same time instead of closing one and opening the other? Please tell me that you can do something about this.

Got my copy of Azada: Ancient Magic on August 29th and finished it all on Sept. 1. Wow what a game. It is a must buy for puzzle lovers. Great video and art work, just enough challenge to keep you guessing, but fun every time you fail and try again. Great game design! I can't wait for more in the series. HarryP1147

I like this game but have to agree with others that the first Azada was much better. I don't like the mini games in Azada AM - wish there was a 'skip' button for every one. It is great that there is a relaxed mode on this game - there is no way I could play it in the timed mode. Some of the mini games take me so long to do.

Does anybody find that the words are very small. I'm having trouble reading the clues.

Well that was a HUGE disappointment! The first time I waited at least 10 minutes for the game to load and when I didn't see any progress I backed out of the game and tried again and the second time I waited at least 20 minutes and it finally loaded and just when I was getting into the game, my trial session expired!!! Very frustrating and I'm usually a HUGE fan of Big Fish Games but not THIS game! I loved the last Azada game. And without not being able to try this one out for very long, I'm not likely to buy it.

I'm stuck with the pipes I can get the colours to mix to make brown but can't join the pipes to the flask. I know some games allow you to pass certain puzzles is there a way to do that in this game or can somone help and stop me tearing my hair

I was having the same problem -- Kept getting DOWNLOAD INTERRUPTED. So, I contacted on-line chat people (I think you have to be a member?) and got the fix. After I did as instructed -- Download went PERFECT!

I'm disappointed with this game too. I was so excited to see it finally come out, that instead of doing the trial, I immediately bought it. It took me about 3 hrs to complete the entire game and now I feel as though it was money wasted.

.....Zbeckabee, welcome to the Fish Pond. There is at least one or two threads with people having download interrupted issues. I'm sure the folks posting in those threads would love to hear what you needed to do to resolve the issue. You might want to consider posting the steps you took and maybe they will help someone else.

On the first page where the female is in the tower. Click on her and you will find the other shutter.
