Yes, I'm having the exact same issue. You can leave the game running when you're not playing but it's very annoying not to be able to quit when you want to.

I have to say I was rather disappointed in this game
I love the other hidden expedition games and the Ravenhearst games, so while I liked the putting things together to do things there were a few problems with this one
1. hints, i want my hints to well.... hint! not solve the puzzle for me! For example tuning on the water to make the explosive, not sure if I need to do something first or am missing something to make it work, I hit hint and tadaaa!!! the water is running, and me with no clue what made it work
2. not enough hidden objects, the rest of this series is primarily **** based not puzzle based, i think the focus went too far the other way on this one. whike i Enjoy the puzzles, someone who follows the series for the **** might not like this one as much.
3. was entirely too short, given the rest of the series i was expecting more play time than this, I felt I spent as much time running back and forth to fetch things and watching animations (lovely though they were) as I did solving puzzles. given the rest of the series and the quality of games like Ravenhearst I expected more content than this, The ending felt forced and rushed.
on the whole while I did enjoy the game I hope they work the bugs out of the next one, and maybe go back a bit to the series roots

granny2u wrote:Because it is only a 30 minute demo when it says 1 hr. is the reason I wont buy it. What are they hiding another really short game. The cut away scenes were a little out there!
I'm sure this is posted somewhere else in all these pages but I didn't have time to read through them all. My demo stopped at 30 min. as well but then I noticed the updated download and did that. The demo picked up right where I had left and let me finish the remaining 30 min. Hope that helps someone and sorry if it has been mentioned many times already.
I enjoyed the demo but am not sure if I want to buy yet, I don't care for the hints and seem to spend a lot of time not knowing exactly what the next step is. I guess that's part of the challenge!

I just had to say that though I really like hidden object games and puzzles, the big problem is that most are just that. I usually just do the demo's and it's rare that I would ever buy one. However, after trying this game I had to buy it. I love the adventure, mystery and level of challenge that this game provides. BRAVO!! ALL OTHER GAME MAKERS TAKE NOTE lol. Can't wait for the conclusion.

I was very disappointed in this HE game. Everest is my favorite but Amazon was good, so I find this one several steps down in qualtiy. Several annoying glitches and uninteresting scenes. Hints please- not solving the puzzle! If I had tried the demo first (which I usually do) I would not have bought Devil's Triangle.

Either I am really tired or this game made no sense?! I actually had to cheat to get through the last half of the game and when I needed a hint, even if it was in the right area, it wouldn't give me the hint, and the ending... I guess it wasn't for me. On the bright side, it is a long game, the graphics are beautiful, and it is challenging. I loved Everest, Titanic, and Amazon. In playing the demo, I thought I would adore it, but it just reall confused me. Oh, but I like the MCF comment, thought that was clever!

I have to agree with you. I was extremely disappointed in this game. I am a huge HE fan..have all of the other ones and loved them. I play them over and over. This one I can't see the point to playing it again. It was too short, not enough hidden objects and I hated HATED the to be continued at the end. I felt cheated on this one.
