Whenever I try to buy the jewellery cart upgrade on the right, in bavaria it crashes

Hello Everyone,
Thank you for your patience while waiting on a response and for taking the time to report your experiences while playing Wedding Salon 2. It sounds like players are seeing a crash while playing and I wanted to provide some preliminary troubleshooting which may help as well as how to reach our Technical Support Team should more help be necessary.
Before I do however, I wanted to let players know that we continue to provide the reports for this game and content of this thread to the right teams so that they are aware of what is being experienced and can use that for their investigations. Thank you for your patience.
For players playing on Windows seeing a crash after installing the latest update, please see if the following steps are able to help quickly resolve that issue:
Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

Even with the update, the only way I can actually pull up the game is going through a bunch of steps and running it as an administrator.

for me it doesn't crash, but is...sticky is the only word I can come up with. I start the game and the cursor takes FOREVER to move, often it's so slow I have to exit out of the game from my home screen. I've installed the update, uninstalled and then reinstalled, and it's the same thing. Kinda bummed because it was working just fine before I left for vacation on 3/31/17, I come back and its like this.

 I love this game and was so happy that the developers did an upgrade to fix the problem with the cocktails in Africa. However, the latest upgrade, which I was hoping would fix the lack of smileys and gold in Russia, reverted the Africa cocktail minigame so you don't know what kind of garnish the people want. aaargh, it's hard to get gold when you're not a mind reader.

Thank you for the update!! It now plays without exiting during gameplay. HOWEVER, there is no sound now!

Hello Everyone,
Thank you for taking the time to report issues found in Wedding Salon 2. It sounds like some players are seeing some issues and I wanted to swim by real fast with some suggested troubleshooting steps as well as how to contact our Technical Support Team with any further issues.
For players that have the latest update but are not able to run the game or are seeing the game run very slowly, it may be helpful to try to run the game as an Administrator because this will provide the game all the permissions it needs to run smoothly. Exactly! Still no smileys or gold in Russia, the cocktail game has lost the garnish clues, and the darn thing still freezes sometimes. Like what happened with the Incredible Dracula 2 game, the update has done more harm than good. Please get them to put it back.
Addendum: After struggling through to the end with all gold, completing the 3 house locations, the gift on the patio disappears when it's clicked - no more cute surprise. It seems the update took away all the fixes the previous update had made and didn't really improve anything.

Windows 7. I updated the game, and now have trouble with the garnish in Africa. It doesn't work like it did before. Before the update, I was able to choose the correct garnish. Also Russia still doesn't have the smileys and gold. Very frustrating.

UGH. Operating system is Windows 10 Home on an HP touchscreen laptop (HP Envy). Game crashes. Constantly. Finally to the point now where it won't even let me play a level. I applied the update already - and it crashes. HELP!!

FYI: These instructions were completely invalid:
"Run game in XP compatibility mode:
After following the steps above to show hidden files, you should see a faded or greyed out icon for the game. Right-Click on the game's icon and select Properties.
Open the Compatibility tab and check the box for Run this program in compatibility mode for:.
From the drop down select Windows XP Service Pack 3.
In the Privilege Level section, if it's available, select Run this program as an administrator.
Click Apply then OK to exit the screen."
1. There is no "Compatibility Tab". At all.
2. Right clicking on the .exe file itself gives kinda sorta something like that
3. Eventually you can try to jerrymander it to choose XP Service Pack 3
4. You can also run it as an Administrator.
Before, it at least launched. Now it does *NOTHING*. I would like my money back, please. Or for it to be fixed quickly - and I don't mean a week. Thanks.
