Please someone help! I cannot find the one dram spoon.

Where is the dag-nabbit one dram spoon? I've been up the ladder, read the book, up the stairs, behind the clock but no ONE-DRAM SPOON!I did find the alchemy spoon in the cellar. Please help somebody!
