Is level 37 really impossible?

I thought there was a long thread about level 37 in the year 2000 section, but it seems to have disappeared.

I'm completely stuck. I can't find any way to open the cat door apart from putting something permanent on the blue button lower left, which means a box. The only way to get a box on to the blue button is to bounce it off a pink bouncy thing (what are they really called?) but I can't get it on to the pink bouncer. I would need to be to the right of it to push it, and I can't get down to the right of it after I've pushed it off the shelf and landed on top of it, because the conveyor belt is in the way. The box is on the crumbling shelf and ALWAYS must drop down below and not be able to get pushed on to the pink bouncer.

Or is there something I've missed?

I really thought I'd read a thread saying just this!

Is it possible that it's now been/being addressed and that if I uninstall and reinstall, this will have been cured?
