Stepladder can't find

I even went to gameboomers and printed up walkthrough for this. It says to go into #30 storage room and I should find the stepladder. One door is locked and I don't have a key. Help with finding the stepladder? Thanks....

I know that when you come up the stairs, you need to go right, There are several rooms this way. I think the only door that you can't open is the clockworks one- that will be later. Disregard any other locked ones.
