My pet shop hop will not save. I have to start the game over every time I exit. I have downloaded it again and that did not help.

I'm having exactly the same problem on my macbook. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same problem. It gets frustrating. I am tired of starting at the beginning every time I play!

Please get this problem fixed..I bought it yesterday and I am NOT happy..it just wont save your game..GRRRRRRRR.!!!

I had the same problem a while back. I contact customer support and they told me how to fix it. It worked I just can't remember what it was.

Same problem here, game won't save progress... sucks cuz it takes forever to get to the point where you start selling cats, and to have to do it ALL OVER AGAIN the next time is so annoying...

I've submitted a question to Customer Support, hoping they can offer a solution or a refund...

But fun and cute game!
