Sand Box

I just brought and downloaded game......for some reason it says that it opened the game up in Sandbox....than when I left the game I lost everything and have to start over again...seems to me it has a virus....any help!!!

I have exactly the same issue. Opened in sandbox and would not save game.
Fed up as I spent 2 hours playing, and now have to start again.
