Level 38 Southbeach

I've done expert on all levels now except 38 and 40. There is already a thread for 40, so I'm making this to ask some advice on 38. Any tips anyone ?

Also experted all levels except 38 and 40, and closer to getting 40 first. Would love some tips!

Just posted the solution to 40 but I am stuck on 38 as well.

YAYS I got it. Have no idea if I can repeat that. I think it depends on luck to be able to buy the right property on the right time.

Started building a chateau on the bottom right empty slot. Demolished the road under it to build a tree and fountain. Built two shops: to the right of HQ and to the left of bottom left apartment. Demolished all unnecessary roads. Try it, it will take forever to explain. I don't even remember the steps but these are what I have built:

On the upper left road, I have built two chateaus, 2 star and a 3 star. I have an amusement park on the left of HQ and a workshop next to it. To the right of HQ a shop and a workshop. I have a shop on the bottom left. Bought and upgraded the apartment on the left of cinema. Built an apartment to the right of cinema, upgraded to 3 stars. Demolished the road under that apartment to build a fountain and tree.

Bought 3 apartments on the right side and upgraded to 3 stars. Put trees between them.

Now I can sleep. My last challenge is 40, that's for tomorrow night.

Perfect timing Phoebe! I just finished FINALLY getting Expert on Level 36, and almost instantly got Expert on Level 37!

MAMMA MIA! It's a miracle! I got Expert Flag at laaaaaast!
As you know I'm italian so it is very hard to explain my strategy.
So I decided to post an image so you can have an idea about it.
However, REMEMBER that ALL depends on the sequence of what you buy...better to say of what the game sells.....that is random.

The cinema is very very important and it is the first thing I put on the bottom right on prestige slot. That's because the cinema increases its daily income while the number of attendants increases.

1) first, a cinema
2) the apt on the lft of the cinema
3) work shop and shop on the right of HQ
4) Elimination of All the non-useful roads (there are many of them, above all horizontal... as you can see from the image I gave you above).

5)....... random.....

I finally got this too! I started with a cinema as well Alina, and demolished a LOT of roads! My upper left level was 3 x 3* Chateaus and a Japanese garden in the middle. Added in lots of fountains etc. I didnt end up buying too many of the existing apartments, just leached off them with the cinema and shops, plus added an amusement park.

As I explained above, the cinema is the key!
Not necessary at all to buy many of existing apts.... As you can see in my image, I bought very few constructions.


In this moment I'm "fighting on Level 40 trying to obtain the Expert flag..... When done, I'll tell you....

Ciao Alina, well done. I'll try your cinema hint. Sounds better than what I've done. Tonight is my challenge with level 40 then I'm through with Be Rich.

Waaaahhhhh! This level is the only one that I have not been able to get on Expert! I have tried everything! But the properties won't go up for sale!!!

Thank you, After one month of being stuck on level 38 I was able to finish it today on my 2nd try. I've finally completed the game.

How do I keep th eapartements I buy on the right side repaired where do I build a workshop. I already placed one close to the HQ but it does not reach all apts.....help
