Level 31 - can't find the sushi factory

On level 31 you need to create sushi. The walkthroughs I've seen, here and elsewhere, are worded like the sushi factory is obvious. I can't see it. It's not there when you start the level and I can't see a sign for where it gets built.

Can somebody please tell me where it is? In another thread, anntiem said she found it, but didn't say where.

OK, panic over.

For those who, like me, had trouble spotting the sushi factory (or whatever it is), it's the thing on the top right. As anntiem said in another thread, you can't upgrade it so there's no 'price label' next to it.
