We are stuck on the Uruguaay level and need help to get past it. Please advise

I loved this game. Really, really loved it but could never finish it. As it got harder, it would take me many times of playing in order to pass a level. I played it for the longest time but finally quit because it seemed like my best was just not good enough to complete the game.

I played the Uruguay level 10,003 times before I finally made it. You just have to
keep playing. It took me more than a year.

Now, I will never get past Peru. Not going to happen! This one is much worse than Uruguay.

Ahhaa now I know my wife and I cannot get past that level. It took us awhile to solve madagascar and now its Uruaguay. 10,003 times. I think we may have passed that count but who is counting? Lol. We are at aobut 6 months and the tiles just dont co operate at all.
