Hint: Give a man a fish and he eats for a day, TEACH a man to fish (at the exact moment the fish jumps up) and he eats forever.

I clicked on the blackboard a few times and then on the snake and the fortune teller. The blackboard broke and a lever came out. I have no idea exactly what did it, but it happened. Hope this helps someone else.

You won a game of tic tac toe, which is what caused the board to break reveling the lever you use to spin to get your other 2 fish next to the pic of the ground up fish or fish bones.

Ok, I have played this game atleast 4 times and each time I come to this puzzle I never get to see the tic-tac-toe game actually played. I just click on different squares until it explodes. For me, the game stays blank. Sometimes I hear an evil laugh and I am assuming the computer won that game. I also assume the game resets itself because I never have to back out of the game before I finally win after a few moments of clicking on this tic tac toe board.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong to not be able to see the game being played?

Thanks.

I am experiencing the same issue with the tic-tac-toe game. I click on it and I see nothing. I have contacted customer support. I believe they need a patch.

sure i am tired and getting on in age, but for the life of me, i can't teach the fisherman to catch the fish. he either throws his line too soon or too late and the fish is either ahead or behind him. is there a trick to which "button/buzzer" i hit first?

I haven't done this one for a while. The guide says start w/the blue button that activates the fisherman. It says as his rod is lowered press the green fish button. It does say that it may take a few tries to get the timing right.

Good luck!

Did you click on the Tarot Death card? That should have revealed a button. Press the button and the curtain over Madame Zoltak's box should open. 3-fish should have earned you a coin to use for the fortune teller. She will give you a paper drawing of a key that goes in the slot over the doorknob.

That should do it.

You only catch and grind 1 fish.

Play Tic-Tac-Toe w/the ghost and win. If you can't see the X's and O's, just keep clicking on the board. Eventually the ghost will get angry and crack the blackboard to reveal a switch..

This is the switch for the slot machine. Click on it to play. When you get 2 more fish (not bones), you will earn a coin to use for the fortune teller. She will give you a paper drawing of a key that goes in the slot over the doorknob.

That should do it.

So not fair that I have to know how to win tic-tac-toe to get past this part!!! I NEVER won that game as a kid.. not even when I tried to trick my opponent!

start in the middle ... then go to corners

I always do the corners first...if u can get 3 corners, chances are you'll win. Start in one corner...no matter where they go, go in a corner that would make a tic-tac-toe on an edge...forcing their next move to be in the middle of your 2 moves. Next go in a corner that would allow a tic-tac-toe in 2 ways...an edge and diagonally. Now they have to pick 1 of 2 moves to block, and your next turn you'll win!
