If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend going to our Help pages. Using our Help pages is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

On the 7th Realm, there are supposed to be five hammers to know down the wall...I located four of them & used these to start taking down the brick wall; then went on to locate other items...then I located the fifth hammer however whenever I tried to use it on the wall, I could pound on a few upper bricks & nothing happened and since the other two rooms were checked off by this time, I could not go back into them...

Now what can I do.... I cannot go back and am unable to move forward....

On the page where I am supposed to collect 4 rings and put them in the bowl after I click on her and her HELP me message, the game freezes.

I am playing this game and I really like it, but the problem I have is that when I go into the game, all I get is waves like and it makes it hard for me to see objects. I have restarted my computer twice, the first time I restarted the computer it worked fine. But when I go back into the game it does it again, so I restarted my computer, but this time it did not work. Can someone help me out here? I'm using MAC OSX.

My husband figured it out, it's the resolution was the problem, when I was in full screen it would do that, but when I'm not in full screen it does not do it. You would have to lower the resolution, to play the game.

Could you help me? I am on the level with the 5 spades in the book....I have found 4 spades ....I cannot find the last one.....Can anyone help me?

I'm having the same problem with the spades. I can only find 4 of the 5. HELP !!!

Have got the the level where you have to match 2 items the same - have them all but a spider (bottom right hand corner) have found one on the leaves and when I click the clue it says the other 1 is also there - there are 2 green blobs but no joy - I do not know if it is under the clock which is ticking away - have tried for ages am now becoming very frustrated - can anyone please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
