Stuck: can anybody help?

Well, I'm stuck already. My inventory includes a tape measure, box cutter, wolf figurine, newspaper, and a dead cell phone. I've placed the two marbles in the elephant music box; can't find the third. I've got the one puzzle part for the door by the elevator. I've opened the souvenir stand out front. I've found one wolf key. Now what? I can't seem to get further.

I can't remember exactly what I did, but I hit the hint button and it got me through. Have you measured the bite wound on the snake bite victim yet? You can also use the box cutter to open the taped cabinet.
