this game is a rip off. -

this is by FAR the worst game ive ever (tried) to play,,,constently had issue,,had to save game all the time becuase if you dont do things in an exact order,,the game wont move on and have to go back where ive saved and do it in the right order,,,normal games wont let you do things out of sequence but this game it was a on going issue,,contacted BF and reported the bugs and they basically told me to contact frog ware (the producers of the game) and tell them.....what a rip off,,,,finally dumped game,,having to start over constently was no fun,,terrible game!!!!!!!!!! dont buy it!!!!!!

I feel like I must agree with you I have tried again and again to send out the SOS but there is nothing in the scene to give me the spot or whatever to send it out so can go no futher and have received no replies on how it's done have read more forum that this game is not good. Must really check out the games further before buy another pig in the poke.

I agree, this game is a ripoff! I have worked thru alot of problems during play, but now that I am almost finished, the thing has locked up and the character will not move. I've tried everything, but she is stuck in the laboratory and will not move!
BF should give us all a game credit to replace this dud.

try2win, controlling Ariane is definitely not one of the game's strong points. Are you stuck trying to move towards the main door, lab sink behind you and bookcase to your left? I don't think you'll be able to move anywhere if you click on the floor (definite bug), but I think someone reported that they got unstuck by clicking on the bookcase or a table.

I totally agree --it's a rip-off. Now I see why they didn't have a Free Trial. I couldn't go any further than getting the helicopter door open and then moving from one side to the other. Also, no way to exit except to reboot!

If you couldn't get out of the helicopter it was because you hadn't finished in there. There are things to pick up and open and examine and use on other things ...

totally agree game keeps locking up I am so disappointed in Big Fish I expected better from them. I am so not able to play game

i was playing this game and the girl got stuck in the mines. just couldn't get her to move,but i contacted customer service and when they couldn't help. they gave me a credit. but why don't you try starting from a previous spot and avoid that spot all together. thats what i did and was able to play the game through. ps i really liked the game.

I think buying this game was a big mistake! It is not put together well at all and like everyone else says, too dang difficult to get anywhere. I would much like to trade it in!

Don't be embarassed, I can't get past the crash site either. I collected lots of stuff, sent an e-mail on her computer. Still 2 places where a hand shows up but I can't pick up anything in that area!!!!!!!!!!
UGH!!!!!!!!!!!

I finished the game and it is a great game but you need to follow the walkthrough or you will miss things on the way and if you don't complet a section you won't be able to go on. It gets trying at times, but with the help of the walkthrough,the game is worth playing.
