Top Ten Solitaire

I've lost my ranking 4 times in the past 4 years.....It takes so long to get the points back.....is there a way to re-claim my lost ranking???????

I made the following post in the "Welcome" folder. Update is I redownloaded the game/reinstalled etc and STILL I'm back at zero

Hello,

I was a Penguin 'demigod' (sobbing uncontrollably). A day or so ago, I was unable to get the Global rankings to load -- the message said it was unavailable, busy or I wasn't online which I was so I thought 'no biggie' I'll try again later.

So I went to play my daily 5 games or so and BLAMMO -- all scores were reset to ZERO!!! I made sure I was signed on as me (and not the kids/hubby), and I was. Global Rankings are still unavailable (same message) and obviously, as I post reflects that I'm online w/a connection.

WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I was a demigod ranked under 75 of xxxx players.

I'm queasy when I think how long it took to GET there and the thought of starting over again? Somedays there just is NOT enough coffee.

Looks like I'm going to redownload the game and hope to HECK the rankings are stored somewhere in BigFishLand.

I am really fed up with Top Ten Solitaire and It's one of my favorite games. I purchased it years ago but have ongoing problems, script errors, losing my score everytime I close it. I have a new desktop and laptop running vista and just get it to work. Seems like they could fix the compatibility problem.
