Well I spent over 30 hours downloading this thing.. since I'm on dialup it doesn't make much sense to download for that kind of time just for 60 minutes of play....

Anyhoo.. I was only able to find the key and I'm stuck. are there any kind of little hints here and there? I don't want to purchase the guide because I'm opposed to the fact that you have to purchase it. So far, I'm quite disappointed... but only due to frustration.. any help would be appreciated.. thanks!

I am having major problems with Riddle of the Sphinx. It will not center on my screen, therefore i am missing commands & parts of the game. Have tried going from fullscreen to partial and it centers there, but when changing back to full screen so that i can see it better, it reverts back. It is also giving me other problems including accessing my game to re-start play. Overall I am very disappointed and wish my Game Credit returned so that I may purchase another game to play.

Hi Katbear- Sorry you are having trouble. You should contact tech support and they will be able to help you.

I'm having problems actually picking up any of the items. The arrow never changes when on top of an item I should be able to pick up. I'm also currently stuck in Gil's tent and can't get out. Any advice??

Hi I was just wondering if anybody has had trouble actually getting this game to play. I've had it for about a year and finally contacted BFG about it and they were very quick to send me several possible solutions but the issue is persisting. When I enter the Professors tent and try to play the tape my game freezes, my task manager says that it's still running but I can't get it to play the tape nor can I navigate away. Any tips?

Finally got an answer, if anybody else is suffering from the same problem: It's an incompatibility with Windows Vista, there is no fix for it the game simply will not play on your computer. I'd suggest installing it on another computer (if you have the option) that doesn't use Vista or letting BFG know. They were very accommodating and gave me a game coupon for the trouble very quickly. Hopefully this helps others!

Hi, I am enjoying the game, but I am stuck in the room with the large boat. The walkthrough says to board the boat but I can't find a way to do this. Can someone please tell me how to get on the boat so I can continue the game? Thanks

I am not able to play the tape in the tent. Everytime I click, it throws me out away from the desk. Is the game just "riddled" with problems?

I'm very unhappy with this game! It doesn't let me grab the item's and put them into the backpack like it says I want my money back this is very upsetting I purchase many games from Big Fish and usually never any problems please email me and let me know if I can get a refund so I can purchase another game. I bought this game at a retail store...got it home and it just doesn't run ...tells me I need something (Xtra4?!) whatever that is. BTW, I'm running Windows XP, not Vista. Anyway the store won't take it back...I get nothing from Tech support so I forget about it. Then I see it here a BFG and I'm excited because the game looks interesting....AND I see they have a sequel "The Omega Stone"..GREAT! I buy BOTH of them...and I'm totally disappointed. The game(s) are hard to manipulate, navigate and on my computer the graphics are very wiggly or out of focus. I don't have any trouble except with these two games....What can i do now? Chalk it up to another bad purchase? FRUSTRATED!!

I only bought this game last night. In fact I bought both of the Riddles and I too am not happy I am going round and round in circles. Is there anybody out there who completed any of these games? I am getting extremely frustrated and very disappointed these are games that really need some clues as they are very vague. No wonder there are not trials on them. No body would buy them

Hmmm. I have Vista and it works very well on my computer. My only problem is figuring out how to set down the silly robot.

Hi.... I guess I'm not the only one having problems w/the SPHINX! Iv'e tried everything I know. It tells me to download something from Apple 6 or higher, but I think I'm supposed to pay for it. I have Windows XP.....and I'm sure I can download Vista, but I've heard in the past that people are reluctant about Vista. Big Fish is supposed to be working on it if I can get a screen print & go to microsoft paint (which I can't find). It's about on my last nerve. Good Luck to all of us Luvgame,aka, Stretch!

Both UHS and gameboomers have hints on this game. Both are very helpful but I am still stuck at the archway in the room with the yacht! Can't get the numbers to work. If anyone has any other suggestions....?

This is the hardest game I've ever tried. I also had problems downloading, but tech support gave me some things to try and they worked. I also downloaded a walkthrough from gameboomers. Its still very difficult and I'm stuck in several spots. I have the scope but when I try to make it night I can't go outside the tent. Also the amulet to fend off the cobras doesn't work and I keep dying everytime I try it. I used up the arrows and can't get more arrows. Any help? Anyone?
