Cannot collect stained glass window pieces

Is this another glitch, or am I missing something? I can't collect the pieces of stained glass because I don't have anything in my inventory box to carry it with. Should I uninstall and then reinstall to get the new version?

I can't remember where it is (sorry) but there is a box somewhere that you have to pick up first. It looks like a little crate and I believe had one of the window pieces in it. Once you have that you should be able to pick up the pieces. Hope it is not a glitch for you.
