Epilogue - cannot collect the sap

Well I have now made my way to the epilogue and I am trying to collect the sap I went to sap collector which is broken and cannot collect any more although my bucket is showing 1 of 4 so I know I have to collect another 3, I know where they are but no idea how to collect them, hope someone can help.

Just thought I would say this is one of the longest games I have ever played on Big Fish and the music and graphics are just superb.

OK sorted it out and now finished it was great I thoroughly enjoyed it and I felt I got my money's worth . say a lot of the time. This is truly a great game
