chaper 3 special item - blowpipe

I have read the walkthrough, but still cannot locate the blowpipe. I'm playing for the 2nd time. Could that have affected me finding it? some help please

It is where the walkhru says it is! It took me a couple games to find it so it should be there. It is rather hard to find tho. make sure you are looking at the correct transporter......upper left
