won't play

I'm having problems getting Grimm's Hatchery to work from this site. I've tried the demo on Spin Top Games and it works fine but here it won't load properly. Can anyone help me please?

I can't get it to run either. I downloaded it, uninstalled it and tried again and got the same error messages so I've given up. It's a shame as it looks like it could have been a lot of fun

Same problem here, did the uninstall then reinstall and still it won't play. When I try to play there is a few seconds of black screen then an access violation error that is looking at 0x000000000000 in memory which does explains the error since they is no memory at 0. I've checked that my video driver and directX are up to date and working properly. I would have liked to try it out but no go.

Me too! Same "Access violation" error! message...downloaded it when it very first come out, and it was fine - but now I bought it - although reinstalling many times - no joy VERY frustrated as I was looking forward to playing it again without the 1 hour restriction..have emailed support - but am not hopeful...any ideas?
