Lazurus room

I can't find the key on this room. I have used a hint and it shows me it is near the floor. I have clicked and clicked that area and can't pick it up any suggestions?

Only to watch VERY carefully when the hint appears. Those arrows circle quite a large area, but the target does blink quite nicely in their precise center.
