Creme Brulee

I can't for the life of me get an A+ on this dessert of the exams because I don't know how to not burn the creme brulee in the final step! If anyone has any tips please help!! Thanks!

I have had the same problem for over a year. Every few months or so I'll try it again but I can't get that A+. It's good to hear that I'm not the only one with this issue. I'm such a perfectionist that I can't stand not having a top grade.

I had a tough time with this one too. And when i had to saute, omg what a disaster lol. but it was fun trying.
