Game too short....save your money

Thanks for the heads up guys. I have a credit sitting in my account and I was tempted to buy this game. After reading your feedback, I've decided not to.

I felt the same way. I contacted them and they gave me another game credit. They don't want you to feel ripped off. Give it a try.

Total rip-off!

I'm new to BFG games, having been told about it (and other similar companies) existence a couple of days ago. Bought some BFG credits, played Return to Ravenhearst, loved it! Downloaded some more demos from BFG and went for the full version of Madame Fate and Alabama Smith. The Alabama demo looked promising. I played the entire game on the harder setting, with no hints, in well under two hours. Its so easy its laughable.
I hear good reports of Dracula Origin but am now wary that it may another short rip-off.

Alabama was very short. Dracula is great! Worth the credit!

Played Dracula before I was a little fish in a big pond, well worth a game credit. Thanks for the heads up on this short game, won't buy it either.

I agree that game is entriely too short. How do we get word to Big Fish Games how we feel about this?

I was reading a few posts and I kept finding a reference to RTR, please tell me it is not road to riches. And thanks for the tip I was thinking about buying Alabama.

I agree, this game was extremely short. I finished it from beginning to end in about one hour... honestly, never seen a game this short!

Like a lot of others, I felt cheated and disappointed so I emailed BF and explained why. They were very gracious and gave me a code for a free game to replace this one.

So, overall... don't waste your time buying it. You can play almost the entire game during the 1 hour free trial.

I have to agree with most of what has already been said, the game looked promising when I played the trial, so I bought it. I was really surprised at how short it was, too. I only hope that should there be a sequel to it that it will be a lot longer, because I feel the game has a lot of potential.

I tend to agree. It was way too short. But I don't really consider it a waste of money. Hopefully any future additions to the series will be at least 4 times the length though.

Hi everyone thanks for all your comments. I wanted to buy the game in the shop. Here you can get the Dutch version of it. But decided against it. I can better wait .

I played the trial at the Expert difficulty level and I found the 3 gems so I wondered if this was a short game. But then I started traveling through time. It was this 2nd part that gave me hope that this game would keep me busy for at least the rest of the day and even an extra day. My trial expired then.

So I spent a credit on it. I was done 20 minutes later. I felt ripped off as well.

Don't get me wrong, it's a great game, I had fun playing it, but it was so short.

i played the trial i think the trial was longer than i finished in full version 15 minutes i finished it -_-

I just played a one hour demo, liked it, pressed buy for $6.99 and
ended up with a membership and no game. I think thats called 'Bait and Switch' and is criminal. That is preying on honest consumers.

Like gourmet, I too finished the game 15 minutes after purchasing ... in EXPERT mode no less ... grrr

Only complaint I have is that the game isn't long enough ... this would be a good download on the $2.99 deal though.

So save ur credit/$6.99 & get it when it's $2.99. THEN it will be worth it.
