Bummer it was such a hassle, Poodlebear. Hope you're not disappointed in the game after all that.

Definitely not a full price buy, so safe on that one. It's alright, very relaxing and gorgeous artwork, but it really is just the old match pairs solitaire, nothing special about the game play at all. While good art and music, and a romance novel story line, *might* convince me if it comes to I won't be pining for it, no.

Downloaded with no problems, but it is like the waterfall solitaire, don´t like the story, so have deleted it.

They told the tech this week ,between 15th and 22nd. I think they ran out of that peticular one for Christmas. It is worth the wait. I am possitive it will show this week. don`t want to think negative at all. it does not do any good to get stressed over wanting to play a game . even if it is RTR. hahaha

I would love to play this game but cannot get past the "name" - it just won't let me type. Why am I being ostracized?

Hey Pathi,

The best place to find help for our games is in our Game Forums. These are easy to get to - just click the Forums tab on the home page and search for your game under ‘All Game Forums’.

You may want to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if this helps; here is a great help article that will walk you through the steps:

Uninstall / Reinstall a Game

If you need any more assistance, you may want to contact Tech Support by clicking on the green envelope to the right of the screen, and then clicking "Contact Us" (bottom left) of the next page to reach the online web form. To submit the web form, first click "Check for Answers" to visit the Help pages, and if you still can't find an answer, you will then be able to click the "Submit" button to send your ticket to our reps.

If you're a Big Fish Game Club member, you can connect to Live Chat for real-time support through your "My Game Club" page. Chat hours are Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM PST.

Although this thread is aged (and we usually lock old threads), since we do have Heartwild Solitaire, I'll be moving this conversation over to the Game Forum. But it will still be available in the Chit-Chat Corner! Happy gaming!

This isn't the solitaire that I play. This is more like a fast paced "Match 2" with bonus rounds that move like lightning.
It's like being in a casino with the music and the great graphics.

There is a storyline behind it. It is just a few pages after each set of games regarding a woman who has left her abusive husband. I didn't pay any attention to it but if you are purchasing this game for a child you will want to demo it first.

It was an immediate buy for me.
