I am having the same problem, I even tried starting over with a different name, I completed everything in Prime Time, it says the bonus level is unlocked and does the cute little graphic but when I try to click the cup, it says that it's locked.

I know about the option to contact customer support, but in my case...it "might" be good to fix my computer first. When I first downloaded Kate's Adventure...I did notice that my computer seemed to be running a little harder than some (but that could have been because of other applications.) After one or two rounds, my computer would freeze up and give me the nice "blue screen error." It could have been anything other things that brought this problem up, and since I really didn't want to reformat everything, I did all of my computer runs. Somehow, something is causing my computer to possibly be over-running itself, but I found that if I play Kate's Adventure without the internet, then I had a less likely chance of getting the blue screen error...even though that still didn't always work. The screen isn't always perfect, but I've been able to get the job done on the game, but like other people I cannot get the last bonus round even though I have completed everything in primetime. Ontop of that, now my computer sees my big fish games as trojan virus's...(which I feel may be attributed to some other area...not sure why it would start seeing it as that with just this game.) I'm spending very little amounts of time on the internet until I can fix up my computer, but I figured I would put out my imput. After I fix and update everything and I still have problems (other programs are thinking that they are dangerous now) I will possibly try to re-download the game and see if it is the one that I'm having some of the major problems with, but I'm hoping not since that now any game I would like to download is to my computer potentially dangerous even though I know some are not. I also let my computer get rid of some file/app/.dll and all it did for my big fish games was make some of them unplayable. I have wondered if maybe java could be moreso the problem than anything. If there comes a definite answer to the game being connected or just a victim itself I'd love to hear about it...plus, I am still playing around trying to unlock the last gold cup bonus round.

Oh, but I'm also having a huge technical problem with it too. In later levels, after playing for ten minutes or so, the sound goes haywire. Sounds start looping over and over and OVER. It might just be a car horn, or clapping, or it might be more aggravating like the guy who says "Hey, how's it going?", "Hey, how's it going?", "Hey, how's it going?" over and again - aargh!!!! The only solution is either to turn the sound off completely or quit right out of the game and restart (losing all progress in that level) - only for it to start happening again after a few minutes.
I have a decent PC (Dual Core E8500, 4GB RAM etc) with up to date drivers (running Vista), and this is the first time I've ever encountered problems with a Big Fish game. Can anyone advise on how I can sort this out? It's really marring what is otherwise a super game.

One of the cars has to have a star on it for you to get a total of $200.000 rent.
It drove me nuts trying to figure out how to get more rent and then I saw a sports car with a star. That did the trick.
