Somehow I was able to get this game for free when I signed up. I see that all the other games you only get 1hour free but according to the game, I got the whole version free.

Anyway, how do you move up past the rat? I've finished all the puzzles that were listed and gotten different versions of the rat...wind,diamond,emerald,ruby etc etc but how do you get to the next animal?

New to the site and the games but not mahjong.

I have the same question. I didn't re-install the game - rather deleted my player name by mistake. Now it won't let me use the name anymore. Not a big deal I suppose but still quite annoying.

Once yv deleted yr player name you cant get it back unless yv backed up yr player folder so you are able to put it back into the game - you will need to start again with a new player name

The default layouts yv played in yr game will be in yr favourites section. Open yr game & at the top of the layouts you will see a box called 'get more layouts' - clik on it & a drop down will appear - clik on any 1 of the options in thr & you will get more layouts.

The 1s in yr favourites that youve already done - at the bottom of yr favourites list thr is a box called 'drop from favourites' clik on it to remove the 1s yv completed

As you drop favourites & add new ones from one or more of the options in the 'get more layouts' section & play thm yr animal ranking will move up

I have exactly the same problem. I have also emailed BFG - no response whatsoever.

If you are running Windows you can get out without rebooting by ctrl-alt-del then select Task Manager, or use the shortcut ctrl-shift-escape to get into task Manager, go to the applications tab, select the game and click End Task.

Try uninstalling, re downloading & re installing the game - sounds like a missing object in the game -

I have a Mac and PC and I was wondering if I do buy it, do I have to pay twice to get both versions? Right now I'm on my PC and if I can only get one version, I think I'd rather have the Mac version. There seem to be too many people with technical issues with the PC version.

Once you buy it its yours & you should be able to download it to both puters without any prob

I love the game so Kudos to all involved. I am sight impared and I am hoping that there is a way to maybe make the tiles larger so I can see them better. I noticed too that the pastel color sometimes is deeper and sharper. Is this due to the person creating the layout or do you all have more than one server to handle the load with different graphic cards or something. Anyhoooo I would love to have the tiles a bit larger and the colors be somewhat deeper. Yes, I have my browser set on largest but still need some help with size. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

The best suggestion i can think of is perhaps investing in a larger screen??

I have a 22" wide screen & no i'm not sight impaired - but i have had to reset the display settings to the maximum coz everything is so huge on this sized screen with 800x600 or 1024x768 settings - maybe we should swap

Is it me or are these puzzles getting near impossible to solve and get the team bonus lately?? I find the last week or so kind of different in our little world. The room where I played use to be very busy and full of chatters. Now it is tough to meet any of the regulars of the room. The silence in the room will kill ya too!! lol The stress of it all......OOOOHHHH calgon take me away.

I havehad no end of trouble suddenly as my MTE game tells me I am playing "offline" when I'm not and I cannot download any new layouts. Just nosing around forum and see there has been a fire in the servers - could this be why I cannot get layouts. I re-installed my game and have reverted to a "newby" and I have completed this game twice. I lost my desktop link as well how sad to have to start all over again!

I'm having the same problem as Watcher135. Mine started on July 3rd. It won't connect to the internet or recognize my internet connection. Please help!

Hello all. Can only play offline also. Can't download any new games for several days now. Fortunately had some unfinished games in My Favorites so I'm not bored yet. Anyone have an answer?

Help! I was back online yesterday and now I'm offline again. What is going on here?

Well I seem to be back on Line and have layouts and can download layouts -wonderful! Can anyone tell me how I might get my "old" tilesets back - not keen on these new ones and would love to see my little people and animals disappearing from the layouts as I play and once again work my way through all the levels. Anyone with any ideas of how to get my favourite tiles set back, please speak up and make a sister player happy. Thanks to all.

back to the same problem with all MTE points being 500 no matter how hard or easy they are, they get it fixed for a couple of days then back to 500 again, this is the third time now i'm not ready to call it quits yet !! its still the best game grannyduck (7-12-09)
