I'm having the same problem I've had to go back to the beginning about 5 times after each time my pc freezes blackscreen It is sooooo annoying!!

couldn't agree more with 'cottoncandy2' - the story is a good one (not just words dreamed up to go with the game), the graphics are awesome and, with a few exceptions, all the clues and steps make sense......

The best so far - bar none !

Brilliant game, I really enjoyed it and I am now now playing Syberia 2....

I can't seem to get into the archives. I've climbed the ladder to the top of the archives, spoke with momo (Can't figure out how to draw a mammoth), been to the factory and got it running (can't find what's missing for the control board next to the office), got the cylinder from the music box, been to the house and up the elevator, got the automaton to lower his hat (can't find a key), can't get into the house either...

Any help? Since there's no strategy guide...

What is the correct order for mixing the singers drink?

Hi hope someone can help me? Played for over 6 hours found alot of the items. Needed to stop the game hit save game when I came back to it nothing was saved. was not happy please have anyone had this problem what do i need to don the save??

Found the mammouth it's on the wall over in side room next to chest drawing on pine wood. Got this but could not give to momo still can't save the game got c/s to send me the options to save still didn't work anyhelp please .

i just finished the game it was amazing!!!!

I agree top game,I liked the "twists"just when you think you've solved a level it throws a bit more at you!!moving on to syb 2 hope its as good or better fingers crossed

I have been having alot of trouble with my screen going black all of a sudden, I have contacted customer support to see if they have a solution for my problem. I have read all through the forums and chats about this game and still did not find any answers as of yet. I have read a couple of some people who have gave people a place to go and get some help, Syberia anyone having problems, well I tried to find this and I could not find where it was so unless you work for bigfish you should not have posted those comments!! They seemed very rude if you really want to know. This will probably not be posted here where I want it be posted. Thank you so much for letting me give my opinion.

How in the heck do I get the friggin blood sample Grrrrrrrrr email me at zyayre2000@yahoo.com

To get blood sample you have to find the pilot and hand him the analyzer. If you can't find him, he may be in the capsule that you already raised up. Lower it and he will reappear beside the capsule.

I'm in the same boat. Quite frankly, I am ready to dump the game. Walk.talk, and more walking. Never get anywhere past the first day.
