I'm sorry you're running into trouble with that ingredient not registering in your Inventory! First, I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling the game - that will sometimes get this kind of issue straightened out. You can read more about how to do that in the help article here.
If that doesn't help, it's definitely best to get in touch with our Tech Support team so they can take a look at everything and work with you directly on the issue. You can contact them by clicking on the green envelope  on the right to get to our Help pages. From there, click "Contact Us" on the left of that screen to submit a support ticket.

I too am having the same problem. Was at scene to mix invisibility potion and went back. Ended up at fortune teller's place. When I leave there the screen is blank.

Welcome to the Pond!
I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that helps.
You could also try updating some of the components that help run your game in case the computer is having some trouble loading the next scenes fully. The advice in the following help article will help you to do that:
Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
If neither of these tips help, please contact Tech Support for further assistance by clicking on the green  to the right of the page.

Fortune Teller did not give the potion to take to cemetary. Game completely shut down

I was mixing the potion in the statues hand and when went backwards the screen went black and crashed. Every time I open it I am now back in the fortune teller's and when trying to back out it go black and refuses to work.
I have made sure every driver possible is up to date, video card everything. It is the game, not my computer I think.
I REALLY do not want to have to replay this game all the way til close to the end again just to see how it ends...........

I'm having the problem of the screen going black when trying to leave the fortune teller. I tried to contact support but nothing happen when I press continue. I re-installed the game and check my drivers. What else can I do to get the game to work?

Lol, this is clearly not a problem on the players' side, but a problem in the game itself. Therefore, it should be fixed with an update. When can we expect an update with the ''black screen after the fortune teller'' fix?

I see it still hasn't been fixed... we can't finish the game.. oh well, at least I used a free coupon for this broken game.

Just one more game that has the mouse hard-coded for right-handed people. A LOT of developers have already realized that lefties play games, too, but apparently not this one. I won't even try the game.
ETA: Too bad there isn't an indication of this before we waste time downloading...
