YES, I do. Do you have some neat hint for me ??

I have 4 diff games going now, 2 from the beginning and then started two new ones that seem to be going a lot faster now that I know what I'm doing - more or less- LOL. Sorry so long in answering, but haven't checked posts for a while.

This is a post I made on another thread. Hope this helps:

Vanora wrote:The only people who can't be Chiefs in this game are nursing mothers (and babies).

Any child/other adult/elder can be a Chief.

Here's my strategy for finding a Chief with a huge crowd of people.

1. Pause the game (spacebar, in most cases)

2.
Tedious process warning! Pick EVERY villager up (while the game is still paused) and dump the villager on the cape at the door.

3. Once you have every single villager at the cape (excluding nursing mothers) unpause the game. All of the villagers will try on the cape, one by one. When your new Chief is found, everyone will leave the (now gone) cape area and celebrate.

4. If the above method does *NOT* work, then your Chief *HAS* to be either an existing nursing mother or her child. Keep tabs on all nursing mothers and babies, and repeat when the mother is no longer nursing.

Murphy, you have to have quite a few builder to work on the statue, mostly masters if you can, take them to the curve of the path to the door and they should say something about a place to anchor the statue. Then move your cheif there too to show them the work. And the sun disc is inside the door. Once in there you'll just have to keep moving it until something happens.

Correction for this key -- you DO NOT need the chief.

The Magic is my newer one and has secure food, and I am working towards my third population hut, but this one is much more limited population wise with only 21 people.

The secret to managing the food, as I play it, is to gather every mushroom you can find, don't over pick your trees (only 100 to 150 points per replenish) and use your chief's ability to create magic food. Be sure to space these things out, because during the "food crisis" no matter how much food you get, the game will bring it down to low levels as if it is trying to scare you into using too much of your food too fast.

My challenge this game is that I don't have many females. I have a total of 7 out of 21 people. 2 of them are beyond their baby years. 2 of them are just very young children.

Have you ever had a villager you took an instant dislike to... ugly, lazy, stupid, the wrong colour hair even (LOL ). I decided to get rid of some of my 'problem' villagers by making the black orchid 2,2,2 potion repeatedly and making them drink it. Eventually after a few tries, they get so sick, they die of a suspicious-sounding 'work incident'.

Take several villagers to the water fall and they will carry water to the firepit and cool the ash key down -I think the kids might even help if I recall correctly.

When puffs of steam don't come off it anymore, then it's cool enough to pick up.

Need help with aromatherapy. I have all 3 levels of all of my techs. I have half the flowers in the bowls around the bath. I am thinking that there are suppose to be other flowers in the bowl, but I don't know how to get them there. I placed all my master doctors in the bath, but none of them lit the bowls. What do I need to do?

Drag one to the fire to get them to light it.

You're kidding, right? I have to get to level 2 of the faction to even make the darn plants show up -- having to S L O W L Y accumulate FIFTY THOUSAND tech points, and THEN have to wait through how many hundred thousand to get to level 3 of alchemy?

Things in this game take toooooo long! They've even increased the infancy time for babies, so that the labor of the mother is lost for ages!

Things in this game just take too long.
