WATER PIPES AND HANDLE...

hi.. this is my first post and i posted in the wrong room lol.. anyway am having trouble with the handle after the pipes part of the game..it seems to hang over the inventory and i can't get a hold of it to put it where it needs to be.i have read where some ppl start the level over and then they get it ,but do you have to restart the whole game? how frustrating is that? otherwise this is a fantastic game..anyone who can help me with this one? sure would appreciate it.. thanks

Iamliesa, the good news ... you don't have to restart the whole game. The bad news, as yet I've not heard of a fix for this floating item problem. I'd recommend the following: (1) close the game, then reopen. If not resolved, (2) click menu and click replay. This means you lose the play in this segment of maps but it may resolve the issue. If not (3) delete the game and re-download. BFG has stated that you will not lose game progress by doing so. If none of these steps fix the issue, contact BFG Support.

I finished the game!!! it wasn't that hard of a game but it was geat fun.. the only thing that got me was the water pipe handle but we fixed that..loli hope they have a sequel to this game.. thanks for he help everyone!! i appreciate it!!
