Sorry you're still not in the game Temp (although you maybe by now) if not I hope it's a little consolation to you to know that "Day 11" and i'm still not in the game.
Like you I have reported it almost on a daily basis to the extent that it has actually become embarrassing.
I genuinely hope you're back in and having fun playing, and I have everything crossed that by this time tomorrow I will not only be back in, but will have reached level 18
