Mortimer Beckett and the Time Paradox

Ok now we are in mid-August, so where is Mortimer 2? I keep checking that other place too, and I am getting discouraged. It may never be released. And I was so supposed to be one to preview these games, but I can't but I cannot get the latest version of that site because I only have Window 2000, and it's not compatible with their newest version. Boo-hoo. And to think we used to HAVE XP, and well it's a long story but I have W. 2000. now.

This is another web search I do on a regular basis. (MB Time Paradox/Azada 2) I am really looking forward to this game!

Well, when my boyfriend's son and his girlfriend finally moved out(ages 26+27) we gave the the computer not even knowing if they could financially afford to live all on their own. I used a computer at work, but mainly we had all of own programs and internal email system called CC Mail(it was for use with connecting to the Main Post Office and other offices...and u really were not allowed to go on the internet. I had Wind. 98, there(@ the Post Office) so, i thought 2000 was was an improvement on what I was used to. Go figure 6 months later, I was on it everyday!!

LOL Things sure do change! I have Vista on my newest computer. Despite that others have rated Vista as negative, I really love it and as yet have had no problems. (keeping fingers and toes crossed on that one!)

Did anyone stop and think that maybe they might be saying June-July 2009?

Never even thought that ,thanks tunia could be that is it. I did love playing the demo.

I read some info at "that other site" posted by one of the Mortimer Beckett developers. He warned that there are sites offering the Time Paradox that are scams. The game has not been released yet so be very careful of where you download your games because, unfortunately, there are scumbags out there preying on anyone who isn't careful enough to check credentials. Please don't be one of them.

Thanks for the heads-up on this.

And this very example is why I'm loyal to BFG. I've not had one problem with their games like I have with other gaming sites.

Do not be tempted by "free" game offers on Torrent sites. Never, never, never download from a torrent site. They are full of adware, spyware, and virus.

Was there a beta version of Time Paradox?

HEAD'S UP -- Beta Testers
...I just got an invite to Beta Test this!!!!! Check your emails.

I just played the beta. Mine cuts out after placing the last item in France- Still have 22 minutes remaining Reinstalled 3 times with no luck! Really bummed! Had to turn in a bug report.

The good news is it's GREAT! The Mortimer Beckett we know and love with more items and it even has puzzles!

I can't wait for this one!

I just posted in the other thread about this game. It totally rocks!

Seldom do I purchase games elsewhere but this will be one of those times. I have got to continue this game beyond my beta hour.

Test was great ... absolutely shocked when my time ran out and game shut down!!! BUMMER. It appears to have more content, more puzzles. Music changes based on screen / segment you are in. Has a quick 5 minute tutorial for new players. Intro is short, maybe 3 minutes. Really enjoyed this game.
