I have just sent a message to tech support. Have they been able to resolve the problem? no one has posted that the problem has been fixed

I bought the game had the same problem , contacted support and got a game club credit for it. It seems like it would be a great game, But i doubt that it will get fixed unless the company releases it. It may be a case of their making more money off it than they would releasing an updated version on BF. I have club mebership so my games are 6.99-13.99 while the same ones on developers websites are 19.99 and up. I am truly a BF fan as i went to the store and relized how much money i'm saving.

You may have to wait up to a week or 2 but the made it right.
