Since so many players have indicated that the only way the log in screen pops up is if they are logged in at the top of the our, ON the hour, I thought it might interest you to know that according to one of the customer service supervisors at BFG, this is NOT the case. Apparently in her game, the log in screen comes up regardless of the time. (I just love being told that the problem I am experiencing really doesn't exist!) I referred her to the forums to learn about just how many players are affected by this problem. Since I was reset to Day 1, Level 1 after reaching Level 5, Day 112 or so, I don't even bother trying to log in anymore........just seems pointless to work towards level 5 only to be bumped back to previous levels.

That is interesting. I definitely find every day that whatever time I open the game, it is precisely on the next 'top of' the hour that the bonus screen pops up for me. It is the same on both my games (desktop and laptop) . e.g. if I start at 10.30 it will appear at 11.00.
I don't find this a great problem, just so long as I can stay on for however long it takes up to the next top of the hour. I guess that most regular players have usually played for over an hour at a time - and if they don't want to do anything actively in the game at present, it still works if you just leave the game open on your computer and then return to it later.

I can't remember the last time I spent an hour playing this game......and I am quite certain I am not alone in this. It takes me all of 5 minutes to give out keys, check my messages, and do a HOS or two in order to keep my energy regenerating. But I do not appreciate the feeling that I have to punch in ON the hour in order to log in. Can't say I'm the least bit interested in working on the log in progression since I've been reset to day 1, level 1 anyway.

AWL, this really annoys me. Nothing rankles me more than someone not knowing what they are talking about being dismissive of something because they are the ones that are ill informed or uninformed. The supervisor needs to go check it out and have others with access in the office to see what is happening before dismissing something as non existent - she is so wrong and she needs to offer up an apology immediately.
Having to be logged onto ART at the top of the hour to get the daily reward has been the way mine has come for weeks. I can not say when it started but formerly it was right after I logged on but not any more nor has it for WEEKS. I generally log on before the top of the hour and leave the thing running while I do other things; so I really didn't notice it had deviated until someone mentioned it here and it they were absolutely right.
There are plenty of people that will be more than happy to say this is also how it happens for them.
I am going to go find all the other threads and their addresses on this entry; if you would care to send the supervisor this thread location. Perhaps she would like to base opinions on real outcomes instead of their personal "perception".
Looks like it started with the June update; funny thing is that BoomZap knew it was a problem early on....

Thanks so much for looking up and listing those threads. I'll include them in my next response to the CS Supervisor. I was absolutely amazed that she was trying to say that it did not happen the way I had described!! And I doubt I'll ever get an apology from them.......BFG customer service seems to believe that they are always right.... gone is the policy of the customer is always right!!

I try very hard never to say anything absolutely to anyone ever. I had hoped if they were all accumulated in one spot she would not have to look very hard and could see the many posts. Cheers!

I just had something entirely new happen... it is 7:03PM BigFIshTime and I was waiting for the end of my daily quest Item and my daily reward came up. This is odd because I got it this morning at 2 AM this morning. The day and multiplier were sequential and did not knock me back to day one. It will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow.
Update to post, I had fully expected the daily rewards to reset itself today because of the doubling up yesterday but it showed up and is still counting correctly. Too too strange....

I certainly hope you don't take my post as a "rubbing it in" ; I posted that because there are some of us that keep track of the little things that occur and watch for subsequent things that happen.
There are several glitches on my own game that others do not seem to have. I have gotten use to them and really don't even think about them any more - it is what it is. If I never got the daily reward again - it would make no difference to me at all.

Hi everyone!
I'm disappointed to hear that so many players are experiencing inconsistency with the Daily Rewards in Antique Road Trip: American Dreamin'.
The Daily Reward screen should pop up and issue the proper rewards as long as you sign into the game once every 24 hours, although when I play myself, I sometimes find that I have to play for a short period of time before it will eventually appear.
Rest assured that we send all reports of the issues with the Daily Reward, from the Forums and from the tickets that players send in to our Customer Support team to the specialists that work specifically with Boomzap, the game developer.
It does take time and hard work to investigate further and determine why a technical issue is occurring for some customers, but we do apologize for having to wait for this to be fixed.
While we're unable to make any changes or alter anything about the game ourselves here at Big Fish, we hope that Boomzap will be able to fix this so that the Daily Rewards start working properly for everybody that plays. As you all know, fixes and additional content are usually included in official updates that are released for the game.

THank you so much Glithui for taking the trouble to respond, as this is an issue that is frustrating for a number of people, as you say. - though it is odd that it seems to affect some and not others, and also that it affects people in different ways. I guess that this is one of the reasons why the update is delayed, whilst extra testing is going on to resolve these complicated issues!
