Unfortunately, it looks like the answer is no. I don't see any way to skip the puzzle. There is a previous post that gives the color coding for the 4 puzzles. You can print that. If you need more help, try Googling
Madame Fate Walkthroughs Sally
to see the completed puzzles. If you have a color printer, you can paste the answers in a doc., increase the size slightly and have a cheat sheet to follow. Good luck!

I have read all of the very helpful suggestions, but I am having a terrible time getting started, if someone could help? There are four blank squares on the left side and 4 multi-colored squares on the right side. It seems that all I can do it move the squares from the right over to the left. And none of them match up to any of the codes. Is there something else I should be doing? How do I get more squares on the other side? Goodness I hope all of this makes sense. If there is any confusion to my questions please let me know. Thank you in advance for any help!!

If you have a color printer, you can paste the answers in a doc., increase the size slightly and have a cheat sheet to follow. You need to move the squares from the right and place them on the left. Each square must match the squares that touch it. Each of the 4 puzzles is complete in itself. No other squares are needed. Open the Walkthrough to the answer section. Then open MF. Pause the puzzle and use Alt + Tab to switch between the walkthrough and MF. Stay cool, it is doable. Good luck!

I need help to do the puzzle. I don't like to pass on the puzzles cause what's the point to do that. I bought it. Plwase help. My name is bigwoman1993
You should have gotten all 4 suits' symbols: 3 w/the hat tricks and 1 w/putting the cards in order. They need to be dragged down to the bottom center slots. If you need more help for other puzzles, read the Tips and Tricks under the name of the character being investigated. You can also as a last resort, Google Madame Fate Walkthrough Sally. She has videos and pix. Good luck!

I have got all the mystery items, etc. Just thought there was something more at the end. If not, very dissapointed in this Mystery Case game. I have played them all and was hoping for more. Myabe I am not doing another step???
Sorry if you are disappointed but "the lady in the phonebooth at the end" is the Master Detective being informed by the Queen (yes, really!) that all is not well at Ravebhearst. It seems that Charles' spirit was also freed by the Master Detective. Unlike Emma, he chose to stick around and is responsible for all the deaths at the carnival. The new MCF will supposedly take up at Ravenhearst unless the Master Detective was killed by Charles at the end of Madame Fate. You like the rest of us must now wait for the new MCF for any other fun.

Adelema wrote:But what about the "reveal your fate" verbiage? So Madame Fate really does nothing at the end? You don't know how many times I have gotten to the end thinking there should be more and started over. Yikes.
MF revealed that the detective was being pursued by a dark spirit [from a previous case.] The reveal your fate is thye disclosure of the projected return to Ravenhearst and a continuation of that mystery. Then MF dies from fear/shock/horror. There is more; unfortunately, it is part 5.

the bottom left square in on first. then match the green then the others. 2) bottom left square goes somewhere on the board, then get the matchers( they make the only different diamond when you match the squares. ) then match the others. Guys, the key is that the squares match only one way, and one way only. Just look at all the ones with a different color of diamonds than all the rest first. then it will come to you. then right down what you started off with. keep it. it will help you. Hope it does anyway. that is my best guess.

Someone on another message board wanted help with this puzzle, and I created a more simplified version of a guide to solve the 4 multi-colored tile puzzles. Hopefully it'll help someone, and possibly clarify wondering how the color codes work in the solutions hrslvr-paints gave on page 1 of this discussion (not that it was confusing to me...you did a great job typing all that out hrslvr-paints, and it helped many!).
~~~
At the beginning of each puzzle, number the tiles they give you on the right, before putting them in the grid of blank spaces on the left. Start with the top row, first tile on the left, and work your way right. At the end of that row, work your way down to the rest of the rows, continuing to number the tiles from left to right. So, for a box of 4 tiles, number upper left corner tile as 1...next one to the right is 2...go down to next row, first tile being 3...and last tile is 4...(etc. for additional tiles - numbering system is that of a phone if you will). Now use the following guide as to where to put each tile in the blank grid on the left, to solve each puzzle...
1st Puzzle (4 tiles):
3, 1
2, 4
2nd Puzzle (9 tiles):
7, 8, 6
3, 1, 4
2, 5, 9
3rd Puzzle (16 tiles):
9, 16, 3, 10
14,11, 6, 5
7, 1, 8,15
13,12, 4, 2
4th Puzzle (16 tiles *has coolest pattern when putting it together*):
9, 1, 10, 2
11, 3, 12, 4
13, 5, 14, 6
15, 7, 16, 8
Seemed to me it was a little easier than color coding the 4 sides of each tile and putting all that down. The only thing I haven't tested is whether or not the tiles are arranged on the grid to the right the same way every time you get to this puzzle. If someone can verify that it is correct, or that the guide doesn't work, please do let me know! Anyway,good luck and happy gaming!
My puzzle is not the same as the one on Gamezebo or the one that hrslvr gave. I haven't printed Sally's yet.
ARRGGH.
ETA: However, mine was the same as Dolphingirl's. THANK YOU D-GIRL!
On closer inspection, hrslvr's had one tile a different color in one spot than the Gamezebo screenshot, and that was the one I had trouble with too. It doesn't seem possible that Gamezebo got a different puzzle, if all the rest of us had the same one, so I can't figure it out. I wonder if it's my mistake? I printed the screenshot and really looked closely at those tiles, but.... I Can Very, Very Often Be Wrong..
Now I'm wishing there was a place to replay these puzzles. With the last few I was so desperate to finish (after having missed the cats puzzle and Dante's puzzle and having to restart those whole chapters) that I resorted to walkthroughs just to finish and get the final solution (not very satisfactory for those of us who have played the sequels now, although cute). It would be fun to replay the puzzles from scratch, and I went through the walkthroughs so desperately I hardly remember a thing.
Guess I'll just have to replay Ravenhearst, and find a color matching puzzle like the last one.
