Hi Apollo

I think to spin the pieces i was clicking the right mouse button, while holding the piece.
I'm pretty sure that was how i did it.

hope it helps

Hi everyone,
I am new to this forum and want to thank all who have helped me in the past with some of the mini puzzles eg. Amazon
I bought this game and even though the HO's are small I somewhat like it.
The level with the scribbled formulas almost did me in but finally got through it.
Just thought I would contribute to let others know that it does get more challenging.

Played the demo and this game is going on my list of games I am probably going to buy. I really enjoyed it. The items were small and sometimes hard to find but that was fine by me. As a die hard HO addict I tend to find many of the HO games too easy, so this was challenging enough to keep me interested. I liked the fixing up of items, although I would have liked to have more freedom in choosing my own colors, stencils, etc. Some of the background sounds (like the wind and spooky theme of the count's mansion) was a bit too much, but I just turned the volume down on my computer. I can't speak to the length because I only played the demo, but in an hour I got through three rooms in the house so I would say this game is probably an average length. All in all, I liked this game and will probably get it in the future.

I just finished this game and truly enjoyed it. Yes, some of the objects were small but with the hints I was able to find everything. The mini-games weren't the most challenging, but I also didn't have to come to a forum to figure out how to play them.

Once you finish the house, you go through each character's house and find all the obects available there. That was almost a zen game. It was very fun.

All in all, it's not Mystery Case Files, but I had a good time and feel I got my money's worth.

I truly believe that you need a mix on the HO games. I just love the Amazon's, Madame Fate, Escape the Museum, etc. But sometimes when I've had a long day, I just want to veg out and play something like Big City Adventures, Little Shop series or the like. I think this Yard Sale game fits into that category!

Today when i tried to start the game (in the same manner as always), the screen flashes several times and the Big Fish "Thanks for Playing" Screen comes up, with the only option to exit. AAAHH!! i tried deleting the game, and reinstalling, but that did not help. any ideas?

I received an email from BF today saying there is a new version of the game available. You'll need to uninstall the current one and download the new one. You can find it in the My Account tabs.

i really enjoyed this game and did buy it (but only for 6.99 game club price). however i do agree that sometimes the objects are IMPOSSIBLE to find. i always use up my hints on each level because my eyes just aren't that good!

Just finished this game..... I enjoyed it !
Not a real brain teaser, but fun if you want to spend a few hours relaxing.

Yes, some objects are tiny (I was leaning into my monitor many times ! LOL),
but still doable. I love it when you are able to unlock unlimited room play at the end. Very replayable, and that is important to me.

Not the very best HO game out there, but enjoyable nonetheless.
Only gripe: Give us leeway to do the craft projects as WE want them, not so scripted !

I really enjoyed the game; however, I am disappointed that there aren't levels of the game, unless I am missing something. After the "magazine competition", the game ends then you start at the beginning again. Are there different levels to this game and if so can someone please tell me how to find them??

Thanks
