Has anyone had problems just getting back on the game?

Well, it seems everyone has the same problem. Has anyone gotten an answer as to what we can do to get this problems fixed?

sort this game out now

if you uninstall it and then reinstall it, the new version that was added last night should fix it for you.

Ok I ran into the problems discussed here. Now even though the game is on my "purchase history", can't reinstall. Now what? It dosen't show up on my recently purchased or trial games list.

You need to uninstall the game. Double check to be sure the folder was deleted from your Program files list. Then download the game from the game itself ... not the game manager nor purchase history.

I to am having no luck starting game after downloading. I hope they work on it soon!!

Ive tried everything suggested in order to fix the problems Im having nothing works. I still have flickering and glitches. If there is an updated version where exactly is it?

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!! I love this game hopefully I won't encounter any problem, I purchased 2 days ago,so I'll keep my fingers crossed I don't run into any problems.

Is anyone having problems getting this game to start after it is loaded? Everything downloads fine; but when I try to open, I get an error message. This has never happened with a Big Fish game before. I'm up to date with all my patches and upgrades.

With all the problems that you all had just installing the game, I feel funny... and maybe lucky, cause I never encountered any of the problems that you all had..
I did make it as far as having to find the equations, and I can't get past the alien, the sand hut and that ancient house where she weirs toga's....
Cand anyone help?

I purchased the game and it played only one time I shut it off and it would never come back on. I get a message saying another game is playing which is not the case as it happened on a friends computer also. I tried to uninstall and redownload but download always fails

Hi everyone, I am new to BF. I am having trouble with Yard Sale. The game keeps telling me that my trial is over and won't let me play even though I purchased. I've downloaded it several times,uninstalled several times. As stated in another post to download from the game itself. When I click on the game I can only download trial or buy. When I download trial it says I've already tried this game. Being new to this site I am frustrated and figure I'm just doing something wrong. Can anyone help.

Hi for some reason my Yard Hidden Tresures; Sunnyville does not work right. I e,mailed them and they said something was wrong with the game. they siad that they would send me the new CD but I never recieved it HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP. I paid for that game and can;t even play it.
