Magic Encyclopedia

I've not been able to play any of the Magic Encyclopedia games so far, as all I get is a blank screen. I have the same problem when trying to play the new Sprill game too. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this might be??? Apart from the odd one or two which don't work, I have downloaded loads of games from BF and not had these problems. Any help would be much appreciated as I'm dying to try Magic.

Romany, welcome to the Fish Pond. I'm guessing you need to upgrade one of your drivers. I'd recommend you run your DxDiag file and save it. Then email Customer Support - see green envelope on bottom right - and attach the file. Explain you can't play Magic Enc and ask for help. They'll compare your system to the game's system's requirements and should be able to tell you what drivers you'll need to upgrade. Good Luck

can't get the game always have a black screen but the word PLAY is at the buttom of the sreen. It something going on with the game is it available

I tried Moonlight first and bought it, loved it, so then I went looking for this one. Can it be annoying at times, yes, but in a challenging way, not an I'm so mad I want to hunt down the developer kind of way.
Let's face it fellow HOGgers , we're spoiled. After the MCF and Hidden Expedition games we are not so easy to please. I'll take a game like this anytime, it's not so dark or blurry you can't see. Alot of the items are really quite easy to find, the tricky part is the ones that aren't easy to find and then figuring out how to you them, and in what order.
I groaned, I cussed, I used hints, forums and walk thru tips. I had a blast.
And so fellow fishies in conclusion I give ME ....
