I hate that when you send an e-mail you do not get a response for 72 hours. I've been having problems lately with some of the games. This is frustrating, as I cannot even download the game. I do have Windows XP.....I've had no problems downloading games til now.

The wood is in the maze where you picked up the shutter in the middle look in the maze and it is there

One shutter is in the middle of the maze and the other is on page one where the lady is in the window then when you put the shutter on open that window and there is the other ladder

Loving it so far, but am stuck after getting a few things in the kitchen in The Detective. I know I've missed something, but nothing I've collected seems to go anywhere else and I see no way to move on. Going back just lets me know that's it's in another room, so I'm figuring the kitchen or something to do with it. Sigh. Can you help?

Thanks!

I have been trying to download the game for a while now too, and with no luck. I keep getting the "Download Interrupted" message.

In a few days or possibly a week they are supposed to give you an option for the timer. You can play casual with a longer timer! I'm stuck in the Voyager book. After you wash the stone off with the vinegar, what do you do with the eyes? Then I guess when that's done you will find the card. There are two sets of eyes. It won't let me click on them!

I think this game is great. It is on par with the original and just challenging enough to be entertaining without making you want to throw something through the screen. i am almost done already but i'll play it again. Thanks Big Fish. Keep bringing us games like this.

Did you use the magnet?Use the magnet to pull the Tinman to it,then, use the axe to chop it down. You have to do it couple of times, but it'll work!

You have to solve the cryptic puzzle on top of the desk first(PICK UP AT PORT.PACKAGED IN ICE).Look at the other piece of paper on there and use the pen to put a check mark beside the second listed item on the paper. You have to fix the pipe in the first room first. You should have another pipe part that you put the piece of paper into, then send it off.Block of ice appears in the kitchen!

For those who have the problem with Download Interuppted, I got the same thing...what I did was just go back to the download page...(Do NOT Cancel the Download in the Game Manager)...just click on Download at the page again..click on Run instead of Save..and click on Run again..it started my download right back up where it had gotten stopped.

I've tried what all the others have said to do to get it downloaded, but it still won't do anything for me.
I am getting very disappointed with this application.

Help I'm stuck in the vampire book. I cannot figure out the round puzzle where you have to match things up by the same diagrams by twos, I keep going around in circles and can't get it.

I absolutely loved this game. I played it straight thru. Yes, the puzzles are a little simple in some areas. But I found the idea of different books and characters interesting. I wanted to keep going to see what was next. Great game. Can't wait for part three.

I am having trouble getting the program to stay on. It exits on its own. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have restored my laptop to an earlier date and it worked a little longer. Now it won't even let me play. This also happened before I did the above. Whenever I try to play it, it acts like it is going to start then I get the "Exit" message on the game console. I am using Vista. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I downloaded the 60 minute demo, got hooked (OF COURSE) and just bought the game. It is very different from the first one, and I love the stories. The graphics are very nice.
