I played the demo and really enjoyed it. If it wasn't for that annoying timer they have on it, I would probably buy it, but not until that timer is removed. I like to relax when I play my games.

Help! Would love to buy game. Unable to play because of mouse curser. Time flies by as I try to click on something. The curser is all over the place. Have windows Vista, Logitech cordless optical mouse. All drivers updated and mouse cleaned. Any suggestions?

ive just completed the second azada, and im sorry to say that i was very disappointed. the first edition was alot better, there was lots of puzzles that you were just pulling your hair out too, but this edition was all about collecting itmes and placing them in the story with a few puzzles in between. this edition was just far to easy, the first one took me days to complete, this edition took me 3 hours. far too easy

I'm a bit more than half way through and I agree that the timer should be optional. I play to relax as well as presenting a challenge to my "little gray cells". I much prefer this installment over the original Azada. This (so far) has been an enjoyable challenge rather than feeling like serious work. Azada made me frantic at times and frequently overwhelmed. With this game, we can probably help each other enough that we may not need to depend on strategy guides or walkthroughs quite as much.

Thank you BFG for improvng and making things more enjoyable for many of us!

Frankie, I run Vista with Bluetooth cordless keyboard and mouse. I'm not having any trouble. Did you change your mouse speed to see if it needs adjusting? Just a thought. Good Luck.

add to post: as Tunia states, I was not able to use IE for BFG. Once I switched to Firefox, I've not had any issues.

frankie066 are you using Internet Explorer or Moxillia Foxfire? I had all types of troubles downloading, errors the whole ball of wax until I switched to Mozilla Foxfire for my BFG's. My OS is Vista my mouse is a logitech wireless vx nano and I have no problems. The BFG Tech people are wonderful. They are the ones who figured out the Mozilla switch for me. So if you can't figure it out give them a go.

I bought the game and I lo ve it, I did struggle with the Azada 1 puzzles, the timer does catch you out, but at least you you can go through the pages quicker when you know what to do.

I have to say I am disappointed. Sure didn't want to be !
The game itself is fun, but very easy, and it is NOT replayable. If you solved the puzzle, it is done. No way to peplay with different objects, clues or solutions.
And the lack of a relaxed mode is a big drawback...though I have to say the timer was more than generous.

I enjoyed the demo, but will not buy the game. I like puzzles that I can work more than one time; this looks like it can be finished in a few hours !

Thanks to the team who developed it...the graphics are wonderful !
I just hate the timer and the lack of replayability.

I am really enjoying this game. I don't get hung up about the clock because I know I can replay if I need to do so. Thus far, I've had a time issue with only one book: The Detective. Had to replay it twice before I could finish.
...I'm really enjoying the "spin" on the stories. I'm not tearing my hair out ... like I did with Azada 1. Somewhat easy but has enough challenges to keep me entertained.
...Music score was done by the same orchestra that scored HE Amazon, I'm sure. Lovely. I did turn it way down after Book 5 or 6.
...I like the "page completed" message in the circle thingie in the bottom right corner. I thought I'd completed everything but couldn't complete the book ... and finally realized which page still had a task to do.
...I also like the concept of "books" because it gives me an estimate of where I am in relation to the end. I like to be able to have some kind of "progress" chart so I have an idea of how far along I am and how far I have yet to go.
...Graphics have been wonderful. sharp, clear. Can't tell you how much these old eyes have appreciated that. LOL
...WTG BFG ... please extend my thanks and congratulations to everyone who worked on this project. It is a definite winner in my book.

The anonymous post above is mine, cesse47. I am logged in and my profile is showing so I'm not sure why it posted that way. I'll create a post to the bfg Hosts alerting them to this issue. Cesse47.

Not bad I will say. At times the puzzles was to easy. Did not like the ball in the maze. Had a hard time on that one. The figure Titus was handsome .
The books can be replayed, just klick on them.( Saw someone say they couldn`t replay). I wish the game would last a bit longer and that there was more variations.
Give it 7/10.

I pretty well echo the opinion of Cesse47. I've just started but love the graphics and find this game very entertaining.
Way to go...BFG.

I played the demo b4 buying it (although I was going to but it anyway) I just wanted to see how far I could get in a hour.
I love it. Orginal Azada is my fav, but A2 is worth it. I love it.
I do miss more of the mini games, but ........ so far so great. I played for a hour and half total last night then HAD to get some rest. I am going back in now...
Thanks BFG... love A and A2

Flash...

I am the one who said you cannot replay it...but that is not what I said, if you catch my meaning. LOL
Of course, you CAN replay it..to your heart's content !!

But it will always be the SAME game, Same clues, etc. What's the fun in that? Once you have figured out how to solve it, you can only play to increase your score, if that is what you like to do.

I don't. It would be a different matter if the replays had different clues to find, different solutions, but they don't. Once you have solved how to do a book, what is the point of going back and doing the exact same thing again? Might work if you had a very short memory....

Tried Mozilla. No luck, mouse curser still all over the place. Waiting to see what tech support has to say. Also did try slowing mouse down. No luck there either! Keep sending suggestions. Tried another mouse Logitech optical corded, still unable to control. Never had this prob before. Thanks for any help.

I have a 'slow lagging mouse' as well. I had to learn to click fast when the cursor ran over whatever I wanted to click on. It doesn't do it to every game i've tried, but has done it to a rare few. i wanted to download the game when I got up, but I had to go to work (booo!) so, I had to wait until I came home.. I tried the trial version and am pretty tickled with it. I feel more immersed in the story on AZ2 (so far). Haven't done battle with the timer (yet) but am sure I will.
Anyone having slow moving mouse problems, you're not alone. Hang in there.

Was really disappointed in this game, compared to the first one. The first one made you think, this one is easy enough for my 9 year old granddaughter to do without much help from me. I can't see anyone needing a strategy guide for this one - even if you mess up over and over you still have time to finish the puzzles before time runs out.

What they were saying about it being replayable was not that you could just play the game over, but once you have finsihed the story part each books mini-game (like the mazes or line up the blocks or whatever) become playable by just clicking on the book in the Library. You do not solve the big puzzle of the book again, just go directly to the mini-game.

...and I just gotta add that with the coming timer optional version this will be just about a perfect game for me. I loved the story puzzle of each book and the mini-games were an interesting diversion. It was great that there was a different style mini-game for each book. I'd be hard pressed to come up with that many different style puzzles. The look was gorgeous, the music wonderful, they concept super (loved the classic book use). I have no issue with replayability as I rarely replay a game and I got about 4 hours of enjoyment out of this which for $7 (the price of a double tall mocha and a scone) is a bargain. Hopefully they are already working away on Azada 3! Can't wait.
