*nods* I appreciate the reply and I do get it. I am very much encouraged that at least Big Fish gets this and obviously, given you are a MAJOR player in casual game distributors, I would imagine your requests carry some weight. Clearly, given the market for casual games, at least of the type where time is not a major mechanic of game play, the developers that wish to be successful will realize that a bit more coding to add relaxed mode (that phrase alone is telling, no? ) will result directly in more sales.
We need to keep requesting, all us "Relaxed Mode" folk, and request such directly to developers as well. Granted Azada was a Big Fish developed thing (BF Europe, yeah?) and so the decision to change it was more direct, but Rooms and Mystery Chronicles I believe were other developement companies, and they added Relaxed after release, so we are being heard. Just need to keep up the good fight and get these clever developer folks to see reason.

Well, I'm "only" 45, but I sure do hate timers in games like this! Part of it is that I have two kids and a husband that mistakenly believe I can do these difficult puzzles and listen to them at the same time I often end up distracted and have to start over. I also prefer to take my time so I don't have to skip things.
I don't like being penalized for being dense! lol As far as Azada is concerned, I HATE that I have to start over with all the puzzles if time runs out! I'm stuck right now on one that is making me consider shelving this game and starting something different. I've combed the forum for an answer and have found none. Without enough time to think it through, I'm getting very frustrated.

I DO NOT HUMBLY PLEAD, I DEMAND TIMER OPTIONAL GAMES !!!!
There some puzzles that I never played before, but have to quit, because of a darn timer.
I like BF, but I thought it was more customer oriented than this.
Like many people before me, I bought Azada Ancient Magic, LOVED IT and only because of this, I purchased this game.
It has great puzzles, but what is the point of skipping QQQ

I want to solve the puzzles, not have to start from the beginning over and over because I'm just not fast enough. Azada I makes me feel stupid and slow. I just don't need the aggravation!
I understand that Ancient Magic has an optional timer, but the only way to complete that game is to first complete Azada I. Yep. My nephew bought both games. For some reason (hey, he's a kid) he tried Ancient Magic first, and he says that there's a code from a completed Azada I that you have to have in order to get past a certain point in Ancient Magic.
I feel that BFG has made two big marketing mistakes. Number one: no optional timer in Azada I. Number two: You can't complete Ancient Magic unless you first complete Azada 1. What a shame. They ruined to games to make a couple of extra bucks.
 to everything you wrote.
I got caught up in the idea that it would be so much more fun to play 'Azada' without being timed, forgot what you wrote above and bought the damn thing. The good news I guess is that now I know that I need a code. The bad news is I'll probably have to either give up on both games or find a crack for the code; not my favorite way to be ABLE to play a game I paid money for.
