List of gags

In Farm Frenzy 2, a "gag" is just something that pops up during the game - one of your animals does something wierd or something wierd comes across the screen - that's a "gag".

and some of them are very weird...like chickens knitting and pigs playing the violin...!

Its actually a really good game.

My theory on gags is that if you have gold on a level you do not get gags. If you are playing unlimited and not getting gags start your current unlimited game over and the gags seem to start again. Just a thought I am not 100% sure yet.

Gags still show up even after you have gold on a level, it just seems that no new ones show up . . . I've heard of the mythical map page gags but haven't seen a single one. For anyone who's seen one, how long did you have to leave the map page up? Are we talking minutes or hours . . .

I have seen a couple of gags now (I have all gold so they DO happen on gold levels, some were best times some were not) but ones I had seen before only (cat with ball?yoyo? and polar bear with flowers on right hand side of screen. But no new ones. I think I missed the animals doing things tho as I never look at them when I am playing! I am trying to look at them. How long do the do the bizarre behavior for?! I think the gags are a little too tough/infrequent.

I have not seen the map page ones yet - I mean talk about boring!

I am going to start my unlimited game over tho and see if that stirs things up!

I have only seen one on the map page. I probably had it open maybe 5 minutes at the time. I was hovering over each level seeing which ones I still needed best times on and the gag just popped up.

At Last !!!!!
After countless hours I've finally managed to get the Gags Award. Despite the blurb saying there are 17 gags, I only found 15, but that was enough to get the award. The gags were as follows:

From the animals you buy:
1. Chicken knitting
2. Pig playing violin
3. Cow skipping rope
4. Ostrich jumping on the spot

Others in the main game screen:
5. Bear with binoculars by well
6. Bear swinging over well
7. Bear with flowers, crawling bottom right of screen
8. Cat bouncing a ball
9. Bear mid-field, out of manhole

On the map screen:
10. Chicken to right of screen
11. Smiling cow, bottom centre of screen
12. Cat riding pig across bottom of screen
13. Panda eating bamboo, bottom right of screen
14. Ostrich jumping, bottom centre of screen
15. Chicken chasing a cat with knitting across bottom of screen

Of the other gags I've seen reported, I'm guessing that:
- "Cat with a yoyo" is the same as #8 (I thought it was a yoyo the first few times I saw it);
- "Chicken wiping face" is probably the same as #1 as the knitting does look like a square cloth and is close to the chickens face;
- As mick9772 suggested, I think the "Polar bear claw" is probably the same as #7.

Just out of interest, I did not come across a single gag in the unlimited mode. Also I have seen all of them after getting all my golds. I do think that the intervals between the gags appearing, whilst seemingly random, does get longer and longer the longer you play the game. One thing I did notice (though it may be a coincidence) is that I tended to get a gag fairly soon after first loading the game (say 5 minutes) but then the gags appeared about every 30-40 minutes after that (until I exited and then reloaded the game again). I also suspect that if you are in the "wrong" screen (ie, the shop or the warehouse) when a gag is due then you lose the gag altogether until the next interval.

I loved FarmFrenzy1 and mostly love FarmFrenzy2 - but these "gags" were so difficult to find that I consider it a flaw in the game - especially as the completion of the awards depends on finding all the gags. I really hope that there is a FarmFrenzy3 - but I also really hope that they don't put the gags in again. In the end, my obsession with finding these damn gags took away some of my enjoyment of this (otherwise brilliant) game!

I would agree with this. Exactly as I was clicking on the truck one time, a gag appeared. I immediately closed the truck but the gag was gone

There's a TON on the map screen!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I haven't seen a single one of those . . .

To be honest I only got a couple (I think) when I was in the map screen for a good reason (ie, looking for which game to play next for high scores etc) - the rest I got by leaving the map screen up and half-watching it whilst talking on the phone

At least (when they finally appear) all of the ones on the map screen are large and unmissable...... I found the ones "from the aminals you buy" very difficult to spot in all the chaos!

I started trying to get best time on all levels for something to do while looking for gags now, at least the game is value for money! I have seen a couple of gags (I had already seen) in unlimited mode, nothing on the map page yet tho!

Destinye...........any luck with the gags........i am tired of playing levels again and again but still no gags......please tell if you miss the gags on map page ..........do thet reapear......

NO LUCK so far on gags! I have only seen 2 or 3 old ones and nothing on the Map Page at all - very frustrating!

Well no luck here despite knowing where to look, I just deleted the game I got so frustrated!

I agree, thank you soooo much Sasca for the list! I have everything but the stupid ostrich jumping, which I have missed twice by a few seconds and refuses to come up again for me for days!!!! Oh, the gag developer is an evil person!!!

I have seen 2 wierd things on the game that might be "gag 16 and 17", although you get no check mark for them. At least 5 times, I have seen one of my cats just walk straight up and off the screen by the well, then a few seconds later, it comes back on screen and walks back down it! Also, once, when the bears fell down and I went to click on them to cage them, they just ran off the screen instead of being caged, lol. Has anyone else seen these?

After another 11 hours of watching ostriches since yesterday and almost losing my sanity, I got my last gag!!!!!! Yay!!!!! I have all the awards now and never have to look for another gag again!! OMG!!! Thanks again for the list and LOTS OF LUCK TO EVERYONE ON THEIR GAGS :-)

These gags have me so frustrated. I have only seen about 6 or 7 and I keep seeing the same ones over and over and over again. I have best times on all levels except maybe 3. I have played unlimited for hours. And I get nothing. Very frustrating.
