Can't Download

I will add my name to those already listed. My problem is exactly the same: the endless loop of download, validate, download, validate............ I am glad someone said the game is not that great so I am not feeling like I missed much. I don't know why BF did not become aware of the problem before release. And speaking of release, does anyone know what happened to the game Elemental that Mudrock mentioned as due out this week? Maybe there was a glitch with that one also and this was a quick pick to fill in the vacancy.

Like everyone else I'm having the same problem and thought it was my computer. Game downloaded, the started to validate and went back to the beginning and again and again. Must be a problem with the game.

Im glad it isnt just me. I tried everything to see if it would download even disabled my firewall and same thing!!! I think there is a problem with the game....

I was able to download the game but had to back out of it several times to finish the rooms. Now I'm totally stuck in the state room. I found everything and now it just sits there. Too many probs with this one. I'm disappointed, but don't need anymore aggrevations. ya know?

Add me to the list too. However, am such a game addict downloaded okay from spintop. If I like the game i'll wait until they fix the glitch before I buy.

I am having the same problem. It gets to saving file and just sits there. What to do? What to do?

I am also having problems downloading. Game is in a loop and like other comments, it is in a loop and won't stop. I hope CS can fix the glitch or offer a solution. Very strange but my partner was able to download it and play, he likes it so I hope BF can get this problem solved soon so I can also enjoy it.

Boy am I glad I decided to look at the forum, thanks everybody.........I was going crazy trying to download this for 3 hours! I will now quit and wait to find out what is going on! I too thought it was my computer too! Tootles

I finally got it to d/l thanks to Highlandmax. Go to thread called---- Finally got it to download----it worked.

Just like the rest of you, it won't download for me, either. That's the first time I ever had that problem. I contacted customer support and I'm waiting to see what they say. I know it can't be my computer because I just downloaded a game a bit ago and it worked great.

I've been having this problem for at least a month now with every game I've tried. I contacted CS once and they couldn't find a fix via online chat and were supposed to email me after talking with someone higher up in support. I never received a response.

This weekend I tried another game since I've since gotten a new computer and I'm still in the loop. I feel like the loop has happened continuously since the download manager upgrades. I wish I could go back and get an older working download manager!!

Look at my post in this this forum......Finally got it to download....how to get it to download.

As posted earlier was able to download from another sight and won't be buying it. Too boring, objects are a tad too small for me to even see and they really aren't hidden.
