Opposite Attraction - Word Puzzle

ASCEND & DECLINE

I've played this game several times. I figured out the answer pretty quickly on a couple of these puzzles. When I got stuck, I looked up the word I had figured out and looked it up in Webster's Dictionary. By looking at the antonyms listed at the end of the word's definition, I was able to find the word's opposite meanings. Most words have more than one "opposite" meaning. Webster's is my friend. LOL

INGENIOUS & HACKNEYED (that last word was a tough one!)

To begin with, I don't think you can really come up with a list of solutions to the word puzzles. They seem to randomize each time one appears, especially the Opposite Attraction one. I've played 5 cycles of the game now and I have yet to encounter a repeat of any of the word puzzles. So I just do them as I get them, and get a kick out of solving it.
Personally I think Madame Fate is one of the better games I've played. It is a puzzle within a puzzle within a brain-bender locked in the crystal ball! Not to mention that many of the illustrations are so dense, finding the required objects can become a test of your eyesight! And the ending took me quite by surprise!
So by all means play Madame Fate if you like multi-layered puzzles, and stay away from them if you don't.

Hi All,

I just bought Madame Fate. I'd played the demo so long ago that I had to back out, change my name and start again. I haven't gotten too far yet -- not to these puzzles -- but the full screen, solve this puzzle between "suspects" have me stumped. Good thing there's the telephone! As to the darkness, my monitor has a super bright mode. That helped alot.

Played Madame Fate for one hour yesterday and got nowhere. Had to keep repeating the Bearded Lady. Also had to use the telephone to get out of the Opposite Attraction word puzzle. Maybe I'll have better luck today.

How can I move the letter dorm one word to the other. I an find a word but I can use the other "set" of letters to produce the opposite word.

Does the middle letter always stay in the samw position/
