Rentonwa - I'm still stuck in the cement factory. i've found the note pieces and have moved them over to above the puzzzle icon like the tip says, but nothing happens. The gears are all orange but I know I'm supposed to unravel / piece all the note pieces together (the puzzle piece icone is still white). How do i get them somewhere / where am I supposed to move them so I can put the pieces together? Thanks!

GinaBean wrote:I'm COMPLETELY at a loss as to what to do with the grid with the number of spaces to blacken in each column/row. The two middle columns each have a "10", while the others have mostly 2's. It says that when there are many numbers in the same cell, that the squares to blacken are separated at least by a white space. I'm just not getting this one at all, and I'm constantly running out of time and have to start the level all over again. And I don't think I could reconstruct that tattoo one more time. Does anyone know the trick to this puzzle?
You'll end up making the image of an arrow pointing down. The bottom row is two in the middle, the row up four in the middle, the next row up 6 in the middle and then I believe the next row up has two in the middle and then a white space on each side and then two black. And I believe the next row up is the same just move the pattern out towards the edges. The rows labeled 2 2 2 have a total of 6 black spaces, three sets of two with each set separated by at least one white square. The row labeled 1 2 1 has a total of 4 black squares - one black then at least one white square and then 2 black and then at least 1 white square and than 1 black. Hope this helps.

I need help with a puzzle I believe is in level seven. It's the one where you have to place the tumblers in the right numerical order and you have four grooves to work with. Can anyone help?

Lindon Hall Level 4 – Grid paper puzzle For the rows with number 10 at the top, fill in all squares in both rows vertically. You will have a double black row from top to bottom. For the row that has 121 on the side, fill in one square on the far left and one on the far right. You will have 4 squares filled in on that row in a 1 – 2 – 1 pattern. For the next row down that has 222 on the side, fill in two squares on the far left and two on the far right. You will have 6 squares filled in on that row in a 2 – 2 – 2 pattern. For the next row down that has 222 on the side, skip one square and fill in two squares on the left and skip one square from the center. Do the same on the right. You will have 6 squares filled in on that row in a 2 – 2 – 2 pattern. The last 3 rows you have just filled in look like steps. For the next row down that has 6 on the side, fill in two squares on either side of the two already filled at the center. You will have 6 squares filled in all together in the center horizontally. For the next row down that has 4 on the side, fill in one square on either side of the two already filled at the center. You will have 4 squares filled in all together in the center horizontally. This completes the puzzle. It looks like a downward pointing arrow. You will be given the letters IJ OP UV that are on the bookshelves.

Lindon Hall Office part 2, level 7 – the safe puzzle The math equation is tricky because the progression is backwards. Since there is a negative number in the puzzle I assumed you start with a number greater than 82 and subtract something. The easiest that comes to mind is 90 minus 8 equals 82. Going from right to left, which for me is backwards it is: 3 * 6 which is 18 18 * 5 which is 90 Then minus 9 Plus 2/2 which is +1 Minus 9 plus 1 equals 8 So the equation would read from left to right 2/2 – 9 + 5 * 6 * 3

Some of the pearls are larger than others. It's really hard to tell but that's the way I did it. You have 5 smaller ones on one side and 4 larger ones on the other.

I just went back and replayed the pearl and scale puzzle again. I was just luck the first time and I assumed that there are 4 large and 5 small. But really there are only 2 smaller pearls. You have to put those 2 smaller ones and 3 regular ones on one side and 4 regular ones on the other side. If you put a regular size pearl on one side and weigh each of the other pearls against it you will be able to see which are the two smaller pearls.
