I've restarted at least five times and even gone over the screen with a magnifying glass but no luck. And there are no hints available for the door opening logic puzzles so I'm stuck. Has anybody been able to find twelve notes?

The fifth note is on the upper left hand shoulder of the big silver statue on the left hand of your screen

the last music note looks like it is on the top of the white bottle by the door, but alas, when I click on it nothing happens  (
I did however find all 5 spades, one is green on the statue on the left and one appears to be an almost brown color, harder to detect
