Lost Secrets of the Bermuda Triangle

I downloaded the free trial, but it will not run on my computer. After putting in my user name, it pops up an error box telling me that it has encountered an error (access violation) and shuts down. I have checked all my files, etc on my computer and all the necessary things are up to date. Why is there this problem with some of the neater games. I am running Windows XP-Pro.

Hi LadyMyst! I would check out the Big Fish help files. They have a lot of information about this issue. Or try contacting tech support. They are very helpful and will get you playing in no time!

Try changing the screen resolution on your computer to the lowest setting. That usually works for me when the game wont work.

Tried the demo....
VERY easy, and as I don't particularly care for stories and the "cutsie" back and forth dialogue, I will not be getting this one. Got REALLY tired of clicking through it.
I also like "replayability, which this lacks.

I must say the graphics were great; the screen was light enough, and the mouse worked well. And the submarine was fun....but not enough to make me buy it.

Hi i like this game im stuck looking for a honey dipper ,when i click the hint the arrow lites red for a few seconds does anyone no what a honey dipper is please as im stuck on that level until i get it, I have bought the game with my credits hope to hear from someone i live in Ireland

Downloaded the trial and played for about 15 mins. Very disappointing. The graphics were good but it was just too darn simple. I like to work for my enjoyment. Lol

Margeret.... A honeydipper is that (usually) wooden knob like thing with all the grooves in it,
Dip it into honey and the honey is supposed to get caught in the grooves long enough for you to get it to where you want

Played the demo much to easy and also i did not care fro the constant clicking to rid the dialog,so thiough im a HO addict ,this is a will not buyfor me.

Tried the demo, but it kept freezing up at the 1st challenge.
Not much to do, I mean everything was in plain sight. Find axe - stuck in tree, find picture - hanging on wall, hello. A few arbitrary objects scattered around but no biggie.

I too got about halfway thru this game and got a access violation error. I had problems with another game giving me the same message and I did go to tech support we did everything possible even shutting down my virius protection and nothing worked so they game me a free game well guess what the free game is Lost secrets and it is doing the same thing. I was told by tech support that they are aware that some users have this problem and that they are trying to fix it. thank god I didnt have to pay for the game or I would really have been upset I am still out a game though but I wont bwe ordering anymorte even with my credits till they come up with a fix for this problem and yes i did try it on my son's brand new coputer and the same thing happens so its on big fishes end not ours.

Game is okay, but is anyone else having problems saving the game? When I leave the game and then come back to it, it shows the right profile, but it starts the game all over again. That's tiring.

except for dream chronicles 1 and san francisco big city. i can't play it cause
it's on RA and i'm having problems with that site till i either get my prob
fixed or when i have money for a high end computer. you need good
vision and my vision aint that great.

played the 1-hr demo. Yes, the game is easy to start, but gets more challenging as you go along. What interested me was the chapter screens -- would love it if the game required you to collect 'whatevers' to earn the right to save those chapter screens (not the hog screens) to computer as wallpaper / desktop.
