Hi back again,
I updated my device driver and now it is running smothly.I can play all the tinklebell puzzles.
May be an idea.

I believe there is a skip option for the submarine activity if it doesn't shut down until you start to play hit the skip button it will allow you to go on with the game.

I can't get into the game either. I have the latest driver installed, and it still doesn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled, and no go.

On Lost Secrets, Burmuda Tri. How do we get past the Mini-Sub? Looks like I' not the only one with this problem.

Went back to nVidia. There is a brand new driver for my chipset. Got that, and now the game works!! Good game!

[b]Well it looks like all of us are having problems with
the game itself. The error message I recieved was by Microsoft. It said it had something to do with a driver I needed to update and download. When I clicked on the site to download at, I was not sure even what driver I was suppose to update. There were so many of them and I am sure I am not that inadequate to understand downloads but then again, I am not the smartest puter whiz kid.I guess I will go back and see what damage I can do. I do like the game and would like to get it resolved one way or the other. Anyone else get their issue fixed besides screen resolutions or anything else? Please let me know asap. Greatly appreciated!!

HI I had the same problem but I made sure all my windows updates were loaded and while it took a long time my game now works. The help people are really great here. Thanks.

I had the craziest thought -- maybe because I have had hardly any sleep. But, anyway, this IS the BERMUDA TRIANGLE game -- isn't the Bermuda Triangle where so many things just 'drop out of sight never to be seen again????? Just HAD to say that!

I went to the help section. BFG said to update the video driver and DirectX. When I did both of these, I was able to finish the game without any problems. Give it a try.

Help...I have same problem with this game like those people. It was fine during one hour trial, until I bought it, I could'nt play. I deleted and reinstall several times so I am deleting it now and wait till I hear from you ....
