The Treasures of Mystery Island

Just finished the demo and loved it. Lots more stuff to have to put together and use in different places. This will help with a good HO fix until MCF comes out.

I am also enjoying this one- I don't like that the map pops up every time you turn around, but I can live with it.

Since I liked and am still playing Musiac, AND still have Nancy Drew in Venice AND 10 Days Under the Sea to play off the Octoberfest list AND am replaying Madame Fate in anticipation of Return to Ravnhearst I think I'll hold off on this demo, but sounds good and hopefully it will show up here.

prpldva, are you talking about the main map with the dots on it? If you are then I found when you mouse over the map button in a scene and don't click, it will bring up the other places you need to go and then choose from there. That way you don't have to go back to the map that often.

Not sure if that made sense or if I'm confused by what you said. If it doesn't apply then please disregard!

No- I figured out how to switch between locations without going to the map- I just didnt like it going there on it's own when you cleared a room

I'm just so busy right now with all these kittens & cats, I don't have a lot of time. Once they are all placed in pet homes, I will be in HO Heaven. Plus, I keep playing Fishdom & 4 Elements over & over again. I'm addicted to them!

Ah, okie dokie. I switched back and forth so much on the demo I was happy to find out how much stuff I'd left in the other scenes. I wanted to make sure I saw as much as possible before the demo was over. Like you, I'll probably get aggravated at it once it's mine to play with, but I'll be like you again and just get over it and play. I'm so addicted to the new way of HO that I'm really excited when a new one comes along.

I went over and checked it out...looks like a good one!!

Took me 3 years to trust this web site...I don't know if I'm ready to trust another one this soon...LOL

Wow!!!!!! I'd be obsessed with finishing them all. (I'm anal that way! ) I absolutely loved Cate West, so maybe I should play that one again. Haven't played Fishdom and just got through 4 elements. Also thinking about Saqqarah or however you spell it.

Do you rescue the cats or breed them? I have a housefull here so I understand how needy they can be sometimes. You get so used to them doing their own thing and all of a sudden they all need attention at the same time. I make them take numbers then!

This to me is an awesome game. Tried the demo and then bought. Alaware puts out excellent games and I always had excellent customer service there. I bought ME from them when it first came out, and there were glitches in that game and they sent me a fixed version of it and I didn't even ask. I always by their games either at full price or BFG Game Club. Thanks

Just finished the demo. looks pretty good, graphics are nice.i like putting the objects together,sound quality good . will probbaly buy this one too.

Played about 1/2 hour of the demo ... will save rest for later tonight. This one would be a nice addition for the Octoberfest!! Don't think it's as well done as Mortimer Beckett or Magic Encyclopedia but it was a fun demo.

I liked the game a lot also! I am pretty picky when it comes to HO but this one is good and will buy it when BF gets it and I'm sure they will and I bet we wont have to wait that long either

Well, I bit the bullett so to speak and down loaded the trial...

I love it!! Can't wait for BFG to get this one, no way am I paying 20 big ones...I love having to look for the things and then use them in the right places...
